The Delta Dental Incentive DPPO plan works on a tier system and offers a large network of dentist to choose from.

The Delta Dental Incentive DPPO tier system places you at 30% co-payment responsibility for the first year, which decreases by 10% each year you use the coverage.  Typically, employees reach the 0% co-payment responsibility by their fourth year.
