With the input and participation of SAUSD staff, parents, students, and community members, the Office of Constituency Services is currently developing the Santa Ana Unified School District Parent and Community Engagement Framework and Outreach Plan.  The Plan is based on the research and principles of the Family Engagement Framework- A Tool for California School Districts by the California Department of Education, Sacramento 2011.  As outlined in the California Framework, the goal to the SAUSD Parent and Community Engagement Framework and Outreach Plan is to implement and support the exchange of information, purposeful interaction, and meaningful participation among schools, families and community partners to support student learning and achievement.  

We are excited and honored to have the great privilege of working with parents and community members as true partners in the education of our students.
