  • Welcome to James Russell Lowell Elementary School!

    It is truly an honor to welcome you to Lowell Elementary School. I look forward to meeting our families and community members. I will be working closely with the dedicated group of teachers and staff of Lowell Elementary to support them in ensuring that your child has the best possible education. At Lowell Elementary, our vision and beliefs are at the core of every decision. Our goal is to prepare children academically and socially for the many challenges that they will face in their lives. Therefore, we use assessment data to plan a curriculum that prepares students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop attitudes and values that will serve them a lifetime.

    On behalf of the entire Lowell Elementary School staff, we welcome you to our school. We look forward to a prosperous and rewarding school year.
