Welcome to Lorin Griset Academy-
Hello LGA Students, Families and Community,
Welcome to the new school year! The Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues to affect our lives. The health and wellness of our Pumas families and friends is most important to us at this time. We hope you are all doing well.
We will begin our school year in a Distance Learning format. Together, with your teachers, administrator, counselor, and all our support staff, we are working to provide opportunities and experiences for all of our students. Through distance learning, we will continue to offer students the opportunity to complete their high school requirements in a personalized setting with individualized opportunities in an online learning platform. We will use ParentSquare to send messages as well as your sausdlearns accounts, Remind, Google Voice, and other means. When this school year begins, please log on daily to your teacher’s websites and or google classrooms to continue your learning. Visit and follow us on Facebook HERE and on Instagram HERE
Santa Ana Unified has many resources available for our families including grab and go meals, social services and community supports you may need.
If you are in need of a chrome book, complete the google form, and we will work to get a device checked out to you. All this information is on our website HERE
In addition, please do what you can to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Limit in person social contact with others, practice social distancing if in public, wash your hands often as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control HERE, State of California website HERE and World Health Organization HERE
Remember to take care of yourself, be kind, and continue to learn. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this unprecedented time.
