Partial and Shared Contract InformationEmployees who choose to work a partial or shared contract are eligible to receive health insurance coverage only if they pay for their share of the cost equal to the difference of the percentage of their contract. For example, if you work a 50% contract, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your benefits.However, shared contract employees with a partner who forfeits their benefits pay the full-time employee cost.
