Walk-In Repair Process during COVID-19

In an effort from the TIS Department to continue providing technical support and ensure the safety of the SAUSD staff members, new guidelines are being applied to walk-in repairs during COVID-19. 

Due to the minimum amount of staff working on prem at the same time, the repair time can vary from case to case. Thank you for your understanding.

Make an appointment

  1. Call the Help Desk office at ext. 74743 or (714) 480-4743 (Leave a voicemail if your phone call is not answered right away. Our technicians will call you back as soon as they become available)
  2. Arrange a drop off time

Drop off process

  1. Park at the District's rear parking lot
  2. Call the Help Desk office at (714) 480-4743 to let us know you are here
  3.  One of our technicians will go out and collect the defective device from you

Pick up process

  1. The staff member will receive a phone call once the device is fixed and arrange the pick-up time.
  2. Come and park at the District's rear parking lot
  3. Call the Help Desk office at (714) 480-4743 to let us know you are here
  4.  Someone will go out and give you back the fixed device
