BUDGET COMMITTEES
Santa Ana Unified School District has established four Budget Committees to support transparency, collaboration, and thoughtful planning. Each committee brings staff from across departments and school sites to review and discuss specific District budget areas. The work of these committees informs the Community Budget Advisory Committee (CBAC) and contributes to the overall budget development process.
The four Budget Committees are:
- Facilities
- Site Funding
- Operational Efficiency
- Enrollment & ADA
The Community Budget Advisory Committee (CBAC) is a group of dedicated individuals committed to learning about and staying informed on school district finances. The committee reviews budgeting and fiscal matters and provides input to support transparency and understanding. Committees formed under the CBAC will report their findings to the committee, which is composed of students, community members, and District employees.
