Superintendent Search Community Input

Dear Members of the Santa Ana Unified School District and Greater Santa Ana Community:

Thank you for participating in the initial step of providing input on the desired characteristics and skills that you would like to see in the next superintendent. Many of you responded to our online survey, attended a session with search firm Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA), or participated in a community forum.

Based on input from the community, HYA has made available the executive summary of the criteria for a new superintendent. You may view a copy of the report in English or Spanish.
