Mentorship Program
Members of our advisory board who serve as Professors, Administrators, or Counselors at their respective college or university take on our academy graduates and mentor them as long as the students are at their institution. This personal mentorship ultimately means that our academy program is a 10th grade– graduate school program. As the majority of our seniors begin their college career at Santa Ana College, Counselor Steve Bautista comes to Century to help the students register and plan an academic course. He continues to mentor them until they transfer to a 4-year university where he then passes them off to the appropriate mentor at that institution.
