Irvine Ranch Team Building
Junior TEACH students attend the Alpine Conference Center in Blue Jay, CA. Here students are challenged to work beyond what they believe they are capable of and learn how to positively work and problem solve in teams. This field trip lays the foundation for their work during their junior year as tutors where they must constantly work together as peers and in small groups with the elementary school students.
