The SAUSD EL Master Plan is a comprehensive document that articulates the Santa Ana Unified School District's program for English Learners and their families. As a school district that participates in the Title III program and meets the requests of Federal Program Monitoring. Beyond that, the EL Master Plan is a promise to our English Learners and their families that they will be delivered a quality education and afforded the opportunities of their native English speaking peers.
