Goals of SAUSD's Dual Language Academy
The purpose of SAUSD's Dual Language Academy is to:
- Achieve academic excellence, strengthen biliteracy, multilingual skills and biculturalism
- Foster positive cross cultural relationships and experiences
- Promote student leadership, self-confidence and valuable skills to compete in a 21st Century global workforce
- Support students in achieving the world language requirements for UC or Cal State University entrance
- Prepare students to qualify for the Seal of Biliteracy upon high school graduation
