The Simon Family Foundation was founded to support the efforts of deserving students in their quest to achieve the American dream of independence and self-sufficiency. The students we support are committed to achieving personal success while positively impacting the lives of others, but find themselves in challenging life and economic circumstances that make such efforts difficult.
Segerstrom High School is one of two SAUSD comprehensive high schools participating in the Simon Scholars Program. Applications are made available in mid January of sophomore year. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, enrolled in geometry or higher level math, be self-motivated and committed to overcoming adversity.
