School Insurance Process:Schools will manage the insurance process for district-owned devices with parents:1. Provide parents with insurance options when signing the Mobile Device Use Guidelines.2. Principals can request a spreadsheet of policies for their schools from the insurance carriers.3. If district-owned equipment becomes damaged, facilitate and collect claim forms from parents, submit claim forms, and send in damaged devices.4. Establish a system of loaner devices to check out to students with damaged devices that are being repaired.
