     NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
     

     

    Intent to Grant Easement to the City of Santa Ana to access the New Water Services Point of Connection at Existing Water Main Located on Anahurst Place at the Washington Elementary School

     

    Per Education Code section 17558, notice is hereby given that the Santa Ana Unified School District Board of Education will hold a duly noticed public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on February 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at 1601 E. Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701, Board Room, to receive comments on the Districts intent to grant easement to The City of Santa Ana. If there is no formal protest, the Board will consider granting easement to the City of Santa Ana in order to allow the City to inspect the installation of the onsite domestic water backflow. A copy of this Public Hearing is available on the District's website https://www.sausd.us/Page/29108 .

     

    All interested persons wishing to comment are invited to attend this hearing and be heard at the specified time and place.
