    REGARDING SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION’S

     

    Intent to Award Contract to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. for the California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing and Efficiency Program (CalSHAPE) Grant

     

    Per Education Code section 17558, notice is hereby given that the Santa Ana Unified School District Board of Education will hold a duly noticed public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on November 08, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at 1601 E. Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701, Board Room, to receive comments on the Districts intent to award a contract to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. Per Resolution 21/22-3463, if there is no formal protest, the Board will consider awarding a Contract to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. for implementation of the California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing and Efficiency Program (CalSHAPE) Grant. On May 10, 2022, the Board adopted Resolution 21/22-3463 accepting the California Schools Healthy Air, Plumbing and Efficiency Program Grand Funds allocated to Santa Ana Unified School District in conjunction with Mesa Energy Systems, Inc.
