The School Programs Funding Verification Form (SFF) is a critical form that needs to be completed and mailed back, or completed online at https://sff.sausd.us/, by October 31, 2019.
Completing the form will help ensure that our District receives the necessary funding to continue to provide high quality programs for our students.
Please note that the information submitted on the form is confidential and your privacy will be protected.
