     Project Statistics:

    ·         Modernize one floor Administration area, Faculty Dining, and Common Area.
    ·         Replace all doors and hardware
    ·         Seal and restripe 2 parking lots
    ·         Install new Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinklers
    ·         Replace air ducts and refurbish existing HVAC units
    ·         Replace all carpet and resilient flooring
    ·         Install new ADA ramp
    ·         Refurbish existing elevator and ADA ramp
    ·         Install new folding fabric partition

    Locker Building:

    ·         ADA improvements including; wheel chair lift, ADA lockers and benches
    ·          New exhaust fans, bathroom upgrade
     
    Music Building:
    • New flooring
    • Paint
    • New casework
