*Please note: Spanish 101 at SAC doesn’t count toward the California Seal of Biliteracy because it’s a beginner class ("Elementary Spanish 1"). For students who already know Spanish, it doesn’t show the advanced skills required for the Seal, similar to how an English learner might take an ELD class to learn English, but a native English speaker wouldn’t.
