-
- Reason 1 - SYMPTOMS - you are experiencing ONE or more of the following: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue/muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea, headache. Do not assume your symptoms are due to a cold or flu.

-
- Quarantine Durations may vary due to the type of symptom(s), improvement of symptom(s), COVID-19 test results, and/or health provider documentation/advice. The quarantine duration or end date is determined based on the guidelines set by CDC, state, and/or OC Health Care Agency. Click Here for details.
- Absences - if an employee is subject to a quarantine or isolation period related to COVID-19, the employee may be entitled to COVID-19 related sick leave. Click Here for more information regarding this benefit, which was provided under the California 2021 COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave.
- "On HOLD" - I was placed “On Hold” by the FLAIRZ app or the Covid Task Force. What happens next? Click Here
- COVID-19 Testing: All staff members, regardless of vaccination status, must test weekly for COVID-19. Click Here for details.
- Daily Self-Certification (morning check-ins): Starting 3/14/22, SAUSD will NO longer require Daily Check-In/Self-Certification. SAUSD is moving away from this process in the Flairz Wellness App/Portal. Staff members will NO longer be required to complete their DAILY CHECK-Ins/Self Certify on the FLAIRZ MyWellness Plus app prior to entering any SAUSD site.
- Facemasks:
Facemasks (not face shields) are required to be worn by ALL staff and students indoors, at all SAUSD sites, REGARDLESS of vaccination status. Starting 3/14/2022, a facemask will no longer be required, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- Sign In:
Employees are REQUIRED to SIGN IN at the reception/front office of any site, other than their regular work site, that they are visiting. This will assist the Covid Task Force team with contact tracing and employee notification in case there is a COVID positive case at a site(s).
