The LCAP will be the guiding plan for the goals and priorities of the District and will embed current required Local Education Agency (LEA) plans and those plans that were required under No Child Left Behind. The development of LCAP is essential to serve as the roadmap to developing the District budget for multiple years and will be based upon broad input and the priorities of need of the students we serve.
During this process, the District will be soliciting input actively from the broad community. As the LCFF provides funds to serve our student population to meet our goals, foremost among our priorities will be ensuring that our English Language Learners (ELL) progress to achieving reclassification to Fluent English Proficient status and that all students graduate prepared for college and career.
