Do you want to apply to be a National Honor Society (NHS) member?  Please follow the instructions below to apply for Segerstrom's chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS).

National Honor Society 2023-24 Application - Make a copy of the application template and fill it out. When you have completed the application, please submit it to the link below, "National Honor Society Application Submission Link."

Teacher Recommendation Link - You can send this link to your teacher, or you can print the last page of your application. Then, have your teacher fill it out and return it to Mrs. Conferti's mailbox by Friday, 9/22/23 by 3:30 p.m.
