    Extra Credit 
     
    Click on the link on the left-hand side of the page for the type of essay prompt you want to complete for up to 25 points of Writing extra credit.  
     
    Extra credit is based on the district writing rubrics (See Below).  I assign your essay one of the 5 point grades (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
     
    5 = 25 points
    4 = 20 points
    3 = 15 points
    2 = 10 points
    1 = 5 points 
     
    All extra-credit essays must be typed and in MLA format with a minimum 5 paragraphs to be considered for extra points.  Print it up and put it in Miss Barron's Late/Absent work drawer.
