Welcome to the Visual Arts Department

The Visual Arts Department at Century High School is a college preparatory program for freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are interested in the completion of their high school diploma and the pursuing of their higher education. The program is recognized by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and serves the students of Century High School. The mission of the program is to develop a strong foundation for college bound students who are interested in becoming functioning members of society and role models in their community. Students in the program will progress through an integrated curricular path with a focus on: Art 1-6, Photography 1-6, Digital Photography 1-6, and AP Studio Art.
