Teen Health
Do you have questions about ANY health related topic? From physical injuries or illnesses, to healthy eating, to psychological issues, they probably have an answer. The site is written in a way a non-scientist can understand (not too much scientific jargon) and they have references that you can use to find more information if you wish.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC)
Do you have a question about a disease or illness? Whether it is contagious, like a cold or the flu, or not, like diabetes or cancer, the CDC has information on it. They also have information about the really strange stuff like ebola, rabies, and the plague! The only possible problem with the site is that some of the information is difficult to understand. (Just be careful you don't read too much, and convince yourself you have 10 different deadly diseases =)

National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
This web site has information on topics very similar to those covered on the CDC web site. Thus, the same warning applies!

Check out NASA's website, which includes pictures, articles, and fact sheets about the known universe, and NASA itself. Look for statistics about the planets of our solar system, pictures of novas and nebulas, or information about what NASA is doing to find out more about what is actually out there. Very cool.

TED Talks
TED's web site is full of presentations, from 4-20 minutes long, covering countless topics. Some are funny, some are thought provoking, some are inspiring, and some are all 3.Type a topic you are interested in, from television to ocean animals to government, into the search box, and see what comes up! (One of my favorites is about "underwater astonishments" by David Gallo. Only 5 minutes long, and DEFINITELY worth the time!)
