The Center for Disease Control (CDC)

Do you have a question about a disease or illness?  Whether it is contagious, like a cold or the flu, or not, like diabetes or cancer, the CDC has information on it.  They also have information about the really strange stuff like ebola, rabies, and the plague!  The only possible problem with the site is that some of the information is difficult to understand.  (Just be careful you don't read too much, and convince yourself you have 10 different deadly diseases  =)
