    - Canvas

    - Accelerated Reader

    Overall progress is accessible in Aeries.

     

    Student support is available Wednesdays @ Lunch.

     

    COMMUNICATION:

    Students

    In general, students are encouraged to be proactive in order to address their own concerns.

    ex: Going to the Extra Copies bin to replace a lost text. Picking up a copy of the Reading Journal from under the Word Count Poster.

    Quick Question:

    Students are encouraged to ask quick questions before and/or after class.

    ex: When is the Vocabulary Quiz?

    Short Response:

    Outside of school hours, students are encouraged to email longer questions and/or concerns using the Canvas Inbox located in the blue Global Navigation Bar. 

    ex: What should I do if I am having trouble submitting my Read and Response Questions?

    In Depth Inquiry:

    Academic Support for ELA is available every Wednesday at Lunch in Room 26 and most mornings starting at 7:15.

    This is where students should go if they have in depth questions regarding their Assignments, Grades or the course.

    ex: Are there any missing Assignments that I can still submit? What can I do to improve my overall grade?
