Mr. Pinto

Mr. Pinto was born in Honduras and lived there till he was five years old and then moved to the United States. He attended John Adams Elementary, Spurgeon Intermediate and Santa Ana High School. Mr. Pinto obtained a Bachelors degree in Biology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from Concordia University, Irvine. He also earned an MA in Education from Concordia University, Irvine. 

Mr. Pinto started his career in education by coaching wrestling while he was in college. Over his career, Mr. Pinto has coached Wrestling at 4 schools in Orange County and one in LA county.  Over the years, he has taught Earth Science, AVID, Life Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Honors Biology and Human Anatomy & Physiology. Additionally, Mr.Pinto has also coached baseball in different capacities while in SAUSD. Currently, he is an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the Grizzlies and has been at the school since 2009.
