All updated info for the week along with assignments and instructions will be posted on Mondays and Wednesday mornings HERE on this page. Please check in, complete the work, and turn in by Friday.
Please make sure that you are taking care of yourselves: Get exercise, eat healthy, wash your hands and avoid large crowds.

We are asking that all student complete their fitness logs for 30 minutes of exercise each day. (Please see the attached fitness log at the bottom of my home page)
To all students who need to makeup work. Please see the assignments on the left for makeup work. You can submit them to me via email and I will grade and return. Each 20 point assignment is worth 1 run score and the 40 point assigment is worth 2 runs.

1. Do one of the 3 workouts and send in a short answer. See google classroom for the template. :-)
2. Continue with you homework log. See new sheet for adjustments to recording instructions.
3. Watch for nutrition assignment due on Friday.
4. Watch first workout video (Mr. Fredericksen exercising?......Say What?????? :-)
