Mr. Adrian Montero

Mr. Montero grew up in Orange County.  He attended Orange Coast College and transferred to UCLA where he double majored in political science and history and earned B.A.'s for each.  After a brief stop in law school and the business world, he returned to school to earn his Social Science Teaching Credential at California State University, Fullerton.  In 2004 he began working in Santa Ana Unified at Mendez Fundamental Intermediate School and in 2012 he began teaching at Godinez Fundamental High School.  In 2022, he completed his Master's in American History through Pace University and the Gilder-Lehrman Institute of American History.

Mr. Montero enjoys camping all over the country, watching baseball (especially the Angels), and expanding his knowledge about diverse topics through books, podcasts, and newspapers.
