      REVIEW

      • A mobile device that is malfunctioning should always be looked at by the site technician or lab assistant at the school site before sent to the district for repair.  Many times a device can be fixed onsite.  If the tech or lab assistant feels that it is not repairable onsite, then follow the next steps.
      • Please Note:
If a student took out an insurance for damage or loss, the student's parent will need to contact the school site tech for help in filling out the claim to be filed with the insurance company since this is a district device.  You will find the information on the Mobile Device Insurance Page.

A student will be issued a loaner device if necessary so the student will not be without a device. If this is a device damaged by the student, the loaner may not be sent home until the original device cost is covered. The chromebook will be designated as School Use Only. The student will need to pick-up the chromebook in the morning from the library and return at the end of the day.
