Art Club
(Not active during the 2020-21 school year due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
Advisor: Ms. Esquivel
Students have the opportunity to meet with their peers to share their creativity, artistic abilities, and their love for art. Students learn to work as a community to create an art environment that will inspire everyone. Meets twice monthly in room 115.
A-Team Club
(Not active during the 2020-21 school year due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
Advisor: Ms. Olsen
The purpose of the "A-Team" is to spread autism awareness and to bridge the gap between students with autism by making and sustaining friendships with other students. Meets the 3rd Friday of the month in Room 110 at lunch.
Burnt Marshmellows Club

Advisor: Mr. Alexander
This outdoors-oriented club will focus on hiking, camping, archery, health, outdoor gear and nutrition. Embrace the great outdoors – join the Burnt Marshmellows. Meets monthly after school on Thursdays in room 105A.
Chi Alpha Mu

Chi Alpha Mu, which stands for Creative Adventures in Mathematics, is the National Junior Mathematics Club for high-achieving middle school students in math. Meets in room TBD as needed.
Esports Team
(Not active during the 2020-21 school year due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
Advisor: Mr. Le
Lathrop Esports Team participates in year-round competitive video gaming. We develop skills needed to be competitive for future college scholarships and job opportunities. Our current slate of games are: Semester 1 - League of Legends and Semester 2 - Overwatch. Come join us and be part of a team! Meets Thursdays and some Tuesdays after school in room TBD.
National Junior Beta Club

The goal of the National Junior Beta Cub is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service, and leadership among Lathrop students. Monthly meetings after school in room TBD.
PAL Club

Students who join PALS (Peer Assistance and Leadership) learn how to use their potential to make a difference in their lives, schools and communities. Meets Tuesdays at 2:45 on campus.
Rainbow Youth

Advisor: Mr. Nadalet
This club is for everyone interested in learning about the LGBTQ+ Community. Whether or not club members identify as LGBTQ+, they work together to help spread awareness, kindness, and tolerance. Meets Fridays at 2:30 PM in room TBD.

Saturday Math Club

Saturday Math Club is a club for high achieving Lathrop students in mathematics and 4th and 5th grade students from the elementary schools that feed into Lathrop. Meets one Saturday of every month excluding September and June at Lathrop Intermediate.
STEAM Club

Advisor: Mr. Luna
The purpose of the STEAM Club is to explore and discover sciences, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics through projects and activities including competitions and showcases. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays in room 226.
UCI Math Club
(Not active during the 2020-21 school year due to the Covid-19 pandemic)
Advisors: Mr. Gutierrez
Students experience weekly field trips to UC Irvine on Wednesdays from 1:30-4-30 PM where they work in groups to solve challenging math problems.

Yearbook Club

Advisor: Ms. Wolff
Students who join the Yearbook Club will create and design Lathrop’s yearbook using various technologies. By working together to produce a book of memories, Yearbook staff members have fun and enjoy a special sense of community. Students must apply to join the team. Meets after school on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 in room 4204.
