Accomplished sculptor and innovative curriculum designer, Naomi Kadinoff, teaches visual art. Ms. Kadinoff believes that students should be provided with opportunities to learn art in a manner which is not only aesthetically engaging, she believes art class experiences need to be meaningful and intellectually stimulating for students. Ms. Kadinoff approaches art education as a unique way to prepare students to become fluent in using 21st century learning skills and preparing them to be successful in a rapidly evolving workforce. She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from Lesley University and a M.Ed. in Cross-Cultural teaching from National University. She received special training in Universal Design for Learning for Visual Art from Liz Byron and a certificate in social emotional learning through art from UCLA Arts & Healing. In addition to her teaching at Villa, Ms. Kadinoff has provided professional development programs for the Santa Ana Unified School District, the Orange County Department of Education, and the Kennedy Center and VSA (Very Special Artists). Ms. Kadinoff is committed to providing social emotional learning through the arts in all of her professional endeavors.
