Welcome to Valley High School, Home of the Falcons!
Valley High School is the only school in Santa Ana that offers a full "academy" model. Students are grouped in one of 9 Academies' Small Learning Communities: Culinary Arts, Health Care (Medical/Dental), Automotive, New Media Arts, Global Business, Engineering, Arts, Welcome (students new to the country), and the Anteater Academy (AP focus). These Small Learning Communities provide an opportunity for students to work with a small cohort of teachers and students which provides a small-school setting in the larger school community. In addition, students are provided opportunities for a cross-disciplinary integrated curriculum.
Valley High School partners with our SAUSD Career and Technical Education Department and the non-profit organization, High School Inc. to provide opportunities including work-based learning, industry certification, mentorships, internships, competitions, and much more.
Students will experience all of this at Valley in addition to everything a comprehensive high school has to offer including athletics, clubs, and community.
