    Hello! My name is Lucero Diaz. I am originally from Morelos, Mexico. I came to the United States at the age of 5 and grew up in Orange County, California. I graduated from Santiago High School in Garden Grove.

    I obtained my A.A. degree in Liberal Studies from Santa Ana College and then got my Bachelor's degree in Spanish with a Minor in Latin American Studies from California State University, Fullerton. After taking a break from school to get married and have children, I decided to go back to school to obtain my Teaching Credential at Cal State Fullerton. Recently, in 2022, I obtained my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Dual Language Development from Cal State Long Beach. 

    When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending quality family time with my wonderful husband and my two precious sons, Daniel and Aaron. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you succeed in my class.
