How do I order Santiago Spirit Wear?
Orders may be placed online. PTA will also announce when an in-person sale takes place.
When will I receive my Spirit Wear order?
Orders are fulfilled once per week by parent volunteers. All orders will be placed in the teacher’s mailbox to be delivered to your student.
May I return/exchange items in my order?
We do not accept returns. Exchanges in size may be made for Spirit Wear exchanged in new condition. Please include a note with name, order number (if applicable), and directions for exchange. Exchange can be given to the office and placed in the PTA mailbox. Exchanges will be completed at the same time as orders are completed once weekly.
When can I purchase a Paleta?
Paleta sales are held after school every Friday in front of the MPR. Please note only cash and punch cards are accepted during Friday sales.
What is a Paleta Punch Card and how do I purchase one?
A Paleta Punch Card offers the Santiago community an option to purchase paletas with a credit card. Those who choose to purchase a paleta card may also skip to the front of the line during a sale. A Paleta Punch Card offers 10 paletas for $25. They may be purchased online or at a Friday paleta sale. Please note that only cash is accepted at paleta sales.
What if I lose or damage my Paleta Punch Card?
Paleta Punch Cards should be treated as cash. Santiago PTA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
