• MEDICATIONS AT SCHOOL

    medicine

If your child needs to be on special medication that has to be administered during school hours, you need to complete an "Administration of Medication” form that requires information and signatures from a parent and the child's doctor. Even items such as aspirin and cough drops can't be given without the written form.  DO NOT SEND ANY MEDICATIONS TO SCHOOL WITH YOUR CHILD WITHOUT THESE FORMS COMPLETED FIRST. The forms are in the office and need to be renewed each school year.
