Mr. Lozano

Welcome to my website! My name is Richard Lozano and I am a proud Social Science teacher at Saddleback High School. I was born and raised in Downtown Los Angeles. My mother raised me and my two bothers in a humble home full of love. I am passionate about watching my students' minds work, I consider their successes in life my own. I see myself in my students and want nothing but the best for them. With that in mind I hold my students to high standards and push them to reach their full potential. I focus on educating the whole student to develop responsible and considerate citizens of the world. Providing my students with the skills they need to succed in the 21st century is my goal.

I attended Downtown Magnets High School in Downtown Los Angeles for High School. For University, I attended California State University, Long Beach where I double majored and earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chicano/a studies and Political Science. I also attained my Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the same University. I then went on to earn my Teaching Credential from the University of California, Irvine.

Go Roadrunner Nation!
