        Below you will find the Associate Student Body club approvals.  All forms must be submitted on Fridays by 3:00 PM to be added to the approval list for the following week.  ASB Meetings are held on Tuesdays during 1st period.  Open forum to discuss any pending paperwork and or to clarify approvals is during this class period; please inform Lindsey Barfield if you are coming in before hand ext. 66331.

        ASB Club Minutes Template

        This form should be used to document meeting minutes for club approvals.  Please have all students present at meeting sign in or attach a roster of those in attendance.  If your club has multiple students and voting needs to be held please do so using a Google Form and print out the results to be attached to the minutes.

        This form needs to be completed when clubs are interested in creating any type of monetary transaction at the school site.  For example donations, ticket sales (sporting events, dances, and performances), and fundraising (gram sales, t-shirt sales, lanyard sales, etc).

        This form is to be used when clubs would like to purchase any item that would benefit their members.  The form must be turned in before any order is placed and must have an attached quote and picture (if an apparel item).

        This form is to be used when reimbursing the club adviser for items purchased for club.  If items will be ordered online from Amazon or any other online source items must be delivered to Saddleback High School and not the home address of the adviser.  Please make sure to submit this form before any orders are placed.

        New Club Guidelines

         

        All clubs must have the following paperwork completed to be able to conduct business out of Student Body Accounts.

         

        • Application for Student Club Memorandum
        • Constitution 
        • List of Participating Students (minimum 5 students)
        • Budget 
        • Keep minutes of each meeting held for club 
        • Keep all records in a club folder

         

         

        If you are establishing a new club please complete the packet and submit your paperwork for approval.  Student Council (ASB) meets every Tuesday and paperwork must be submitted no later than noon to ASB Adviser and or Activities Clerk.
