Classroom Expectations:

 

1.  Anyone not in their seat by the second bell will be marked Tardy.

 

2. Be respectful and kind to all classmates, teachers and staff. 

 

3. Come prepare for class. Bring your Chromebook and charger every day.

 

4.  Turn in work on time. All classwork turned in late will result in point deductions. Late Essays will be an automatic 5pts off on the first day and 2pts every day after. You have plenty of time to finish your essays in class (no excuses). 

 

5.  Electronics, cosmetics, and other distracting items are not to be used in class. Cell phones must be kept in your bags and silenced unless otherwise directed by the teacher.

 

6.  Do your best in independent and group work.  Use your time in class productively. Participate

     in class discussions and ask questions as needed. 

 

7. You are responsible for any work you miss when you are out. Check Google Classroom for the weekly agendas and the back of the room for handouts you missed while gone. 

 

9. Check Aeries regularly to keep track of your missing assignments and your grades. 

 

10. Tutorial time is NOT free time. It will be used as a study-hall or silent reading. No use of electronics will be allowed at this time.
