Mrs. Sandra Corr
Sandra Corr obtained a B.S. in English from the University of Michigan and started out in her career as a teacher at the age of 36 after having worked as a professional actress in Los Angeles for a number of years.
Mrs. Corr began teaching in L.A. in 1996 and at Saddleback High School in 1999 as an English teacher and is proud of having taken a course of study at UC Berkeley in order to have been involved in the Puente Program for several years.
In 2010, Mrs. Corr reinvented herself as a P.E. and dance teacher at Saddleback High School by receiving a supplementary credential in P.E. and by transferring her dance background (from having trained as an actor) to teach dance and dance production. Mrs. Corr was also the Dance Team Advisor until 2018. Having done so has rejuvenated Mrs. Corr's career as a high school teacher in myriad manners.
Sandra Corr recently obtained her Master's Degree in Education from Concordia University in Equity, Ethics and Justice and was trained to teach IB Dance.
In 2018-19, Mrs. Corr returned this year to the English Department, teaching four sections of English 9. She also taught the second year of IB Dance to the first cohort of International Baccalaureate students at Saddleback High School.
Mrs. Corr now teaches P.E., all levels.
