Ms. Doane

Born and raised in Santa Ana, Ms. Doane has always enjoyed all that Santa Ana and Orange County has to offer. The Bowers Museum, Disneyland, and MainPlace Mall where her usual stomping grounds growing up. After graduating high school, Ms. Doane received an A.A. in Fashion Design and Merchandising from F.I.D.M. and then transferred to Concordia University Irvine where she double majored in English and Secondary Art Education. After finishing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Doane went on to teach Visual Art for 10 years in Garden Grove. During that time, Ms. Doane received her M.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from the Academy of Art University.

Now in her third year at Willard, Ms. Doane is excited to see all her art students will create. In the past two years her students have had the opportunity to showcase their creations at events like Artspiration and MainPlace Mall to name a few.

This year is shaping up to be another exciting and creative year!
