Hello Students and Parents, 

My name is Kim Fernandez and I teach the moderate Autism class (or as I like to call it, students with exceptional abilities class) at Willard Intermediate School. This will mark my 17th year as a Special Education Teacher.  I have been with Santa Ana Unified School District for 7 years.  Prior to joining SAUSD, I worked at another school district, where I taught Community Based Instruction.  I love working with students with exceptional needs and their families.  In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering with the Special Olympics and the homeless, walking my dog, hiking, and paddling.  I also love USC Football, Angels Baseball, and the LA Lakers.  I look forward to working with each one of you this year.
