Having served in these various capacities has afforded him the unique perspective of understanding the needs of students and their families at every academic strata. He is very excited to be a member of the Cougar family; and equally delighted, to have the privilege to serve the students, parents and staff at this great school!

My name is Frank Carrillo, and I am one of the school counselors at Romero-Cruz Academy. I am extremely excited and honored to be joining the RCA Family. As a school counselor, I am committed to supporting, encouraging, and empowering students to reach their full potential. My primary focus is to help ALL students be the best version of themselves by providing a comprehensive counseling program that meets their academic, personal/social and career goals.
