    I want to welcome you to Algebra 1 at Mendez Fundamental School.
     
    The educational philosophy of the Algebra department is based on responsibility; responsibility placed on each student for what they choose to learn and how to behave, with fully understanding the consequences of each choice.  Our job is to be a learning facilitator and encourage each student to reach their full potential as a responsible learner and decision maker.
