Hello Kennedy Crusaders!
The Kennedy School Counseling team is so happy to have you with us and excited to support you at Kennedy Elementary! We look forward to providing you with academic, social/emotional, and college and career readiness support. If you need support or need a safe space to talk, stop by Room 20.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Kennedy Elementary School Counseling Department is to provide a proactive, preventative, comprehensive, and data-driven school counseling program. Through collaboration with all stakeholders, we emphasize student-centered decision-making to provide a safe and empathetic learning environment so that all students have equitable access to well-rounded learning experiences that support their academic development, social-emotional well-being, and post-secondary aspirations. As a result, students will be empowered to become successful and productive, ethical, and positive contributors to our community, country, and global society.
