Fremont Library Check-out agreements.

All students must return this form signed by a parent or guardian before they may check out library books.

Fremont library schedule. Classes come in on a weekly basis. If a student is absent he/she can come during recess time to select books.

Books are due 7 days after being checked put. Students may renew a book if he/she has not finished it. A book can be renewed one time only.

Students may return their books once they are finished reading them, or when the class comes back to their library time to check out new selections.
