A very important part of PBIS is rewarding students for positive behavior. We do this in a number of ways. In addition to receiving positive verbal and written feedback, students can also earn Jag Spots for demonstrating respectful, optimistic, attentive, and responsible behaviors. These tickets can be used to "purchase" fun prizes and other incentives. 

Jag Spots
PBIS tickets help promote core values and incentivize students through a fun and tangible reward system. Teachers and staff give out Jag Spots throughout the school day for students who demonstrate how to be responsible, optimistic, attentive, and responsible.

Jag Spot Cart
Tickets can be redeemed on Thursdays during first recess at the Jag Spot Cart. Students may redeem 1, 2, 3, or 4 tickets. Small ticket items are donation-based. While the PTO sponsors the cart, we also accept donations! To donate, please reach out to Ms. Irlanda Tapia, FACE Liaison, or our school counselor, Ms. Rico.

 If students have 5+ tickets, they may choose from the ROAR-Tastic Rewards Menu. Students will need to see a parent volunteer at the Jag Spot Cart to sign up.
