I received my teaching credential and bachelors degree in Biology/Education from UC Irvine and my masters degree in Science Education from Cal State Long Beach.

 

At MIT, I teach 7th grade science as well as the 7th grade Spyder Lab & Science hybrid course. I coach cross-country, RunStrong, girl's soccer, and track & field. I am the advisor for the Crochet Club and I lead the memorable Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI) trip for 7th & 8th grade students.

 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, running, crocheting, snowboarding/skiing, hiking, playing video games, & rock climbing.
