The Mitchell CDC Preschool Assessment Teams (PAT) are in charge of managing all assessment referrals received from parents, Regional Center, and Child Find. Mitchell CDC receives numerous assessment requests throughout the calendar year.  We house multi-disciplinary preschool assessment teams that conduct assessments in compliance with the guidelines and timelines of the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
