Hi! My name is Chris McClelland and I am a Teacher for the Deaf at Taft Elementary School.  I have been teaching for 21 years and I LOVE my job!  I am originally from Portland, Oregon, where I worked as a high school DHH Itinerant Teacher for 10 years. I moved here 15years ago to Southern CA and I have been teaching 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade Deaf/HH students for the last 11 years.

I have been married for 25 years, and I have 3 wonderful children, McKenzie (24), Madison (22), and Brayden (19), and a dog (Tanner).

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, watching my children play sports, going to concerts and movies, bowling, and relaxing with family and friends.
